Deliveroo is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to lead and scale their commercial partnership ecosystem within Deliveroo Advertising. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen partner relationships and drive growth across various advertising categories.
You have extensive experience in building and managing commercial partnerships, ideally within the advertising or media sectors. Your background includes a strong understanding of the AdTech and MarTech landscapes, enabling you to identify and activate high-value partnerships that drive revenue growth. You possess excellent leadership skills, allowing you to lead cross-functional teams effectively and align strategies across various departments. You are data-driven and can leverage insights to inform partnership strategies and decisions. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to build strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders alike. You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, ready to tackle the challenges that come with scaling a modern Retail Media Network.
As the Head of Commercial Partnerships, Ads, you will define and implement the strategy for building and activating high-value industry partnerships. You will work closely with the Product, Commercial Strategy, Sales, and Go-To-Market teams to ensure that partnerships translate into tangible growth opportunities. Your role will involve strengthening relationships with agencies, platforms, measurement providers, and technology partners, ensuring that Deliveroo Ads remains competitive in the market. You will also be responsible for deepening platform integrations and enabling commercial teams with the necessary frameworks and tools to amplify growth across FMCG, non-endemic, and endemic advertisers. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to navigate complex partner ecosystems, ensuring alignment and collaboration across various markets.
