Who you are

You have experience in manufacturing supervision and a strong understanding of production processes. You are committed to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that all team members adhere to these standards. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively lead and develop your team while fostering a collaborative environment. You are results-driven, with a focus on achieving daily and weekly output targets while continuously seeking improvements in efficiency and performance metrics.

What you'll do

In this role, you will supervise and develop production team members, ensuring they meet daily and weekly output targets. You will monitor key production metrics such as throughput, yield, and efficiency, identifying and resolving any performance issues that arise. Collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality functions will be essential as you drive continuous improvement in process capability and reliability. You will coordinate daily production planning, resource allocation, and material readiness to meet delivery schedules. Regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations will be part of your responsibilities to foster engagement and growth within your team.
