You have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience, and you bring strong experience in developing and implementing test plans and QA processes. Your background includes both manual and automation testing, showcasing your ability to adapt to various testing environments. You are familiar with automation frameworks and tools, which allows you to effectively lead testing efforts across multiple projects. Your interpersonal skills enable you to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, and you are adept at presenting risks and mitigations to senior management. You thrive in a team environment, actively participating in the development and execution of test processes and strategies.
You have relevant experience leading a team as a QA Lead, which has honed your ability to quickly identify and understand issues. Your outstanding team player mentality is complemented by excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills. You are comfortable collaborating with business partners, developers, and project managers to establish project schedules and implement test plans that ensure high-quality product releases.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of processes for end-to-end integration testing. You will lead testing efforts for multiple cross-functional retail projects with concurrent timelines, ensuring that all testing activities align with project goals. Your responsibilities will include creating and presenting risks and mitigations to senior management, as well as collaborating with the Automation Lead to reduce regression test cycles with the goal of achieving 100% automation. You will actively participate in team activities, contributing to the development and execution of test processes, strategies, and plans. Your role will require you to work closely with business and technical project development teams to establish project development schedules and implement effective test plans.
