What you'll do

As a Licensing Administrator at Remi, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contractor and business licensing management. This includes researching and maintaining knowledge of licensing requirements across various municipalities. You will prepare and submit applications for new licenses and renewals, ensuring that all corporate documentation is in order. Your role will involve maintaining digital files of active licenses and tracking renewal dates to prevent any lapses. You will also ensure that all licensing activities comply with federal, state, and local laws, building codes, and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will support internal audits by providing detailed records of licenses and serve as the primary liaison between the company and regulatory agencies.
