VideoAmp is hiring a Solutions Engineer to support client onboarding and provide technical support for their systems. You'll collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure smooth integrations. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a passion for advertising technology.
You have a background in technical support or solutions engineering, ideally with experience in the advertising technology sector. You excel at diagnosing issues and troubleshooting complex problems, ensuring that clients have a seamless experience with the platform. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Client Success, Engineering, and Product. You are eager to learn and adapt to new technologies, and you thrive in environments where you can influence and support innovative goals.
Experience with data solutions or media investment strategies is a plus. Familiarity with client onboarding processes and technical integrations will help you succeed in this role. You are comfortable communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and can bridge the gap between client needs and technical solutions.
As a Solutions Engineer at VideoAmp, you will play a critical role in supporting client onboarding and expanding solutions for existing clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide ongoing technical support for VideoAmp systems. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing issues, troubleshooting complex problems, and ensuring smooth integrations across our platform. You will collaborate with Sales and Client Success teams to investigate client requests and assess their technical requirements. Your role will also involve providing feedback to the Engineering and Product teams to enhance the platform based on client experiences.
