[Summer Internship 2026] Finance Intern, Operations Solution (Bangkok Based)

Finance Operations Solution team is responsible for monitoring, reconciling, and validating financial data related to Agoda’s operations, while also designing and improving processes to ensure data integrity. The team plays a key role in supporting business objectives by analyzing financial information and collaborating with stakeholders across different teams.

The opportunity: 

As Agoda continues to expand globally, the Finance Operations Solution team plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data across our business.

As a Finance Operations Solution Intern, you will be responsible for validating and reconciling financial data related to payments, bookings, and receipts, while also designing and enhancing processes to improve data quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, gaining deep insights into Agoda’s business operations and helping to shape the future of our financial systems in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

In this role, you'll get to: 

• Perform financial reconciliations for transactions from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies using a systematic and methodical approach.
• Prepare clear and comprehensive reports on findings and present results to various stakeholders, ensuring transparency and understanding.
• Communicate investigation outcomes effectively to relevant teams and management, providing actionable recommendations where necessary.
• Support and contribute to projects focused on enhancing process efficiency and strengthening internal controls within the finance function.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Currently enrolled as a 3rd-year student or below and will maintain student status throughout the internship period.
• Available to participate in the internship program from 22nd of May to 31st July 2026 (10-week program)
• Great English communication skills in both spoken and written forms
• Structured logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong numerical acumen
• Positive attitude and openness to learn and adapt
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Formulas and functions

It's great if you have: 

• Proficiency in SQL and data management is highly advantageous.
