Desirable
Experience with metal 3D printing systems or similar manufacturing technologies is a plus. What you'll do
In this role, you will architect and develop software for advanced production-scale metal 3D printing systems. You will collaborate closely with automation and controls engineers to ensure seamless integration of software with motion and control systems. Your work will involve improving print process quality and speed through software and hardware changes, making a direct impact on the efficiency of manufacturing at SpaceX. You will develop production-ready control software and algorithms for the lasing and control systems, ensuring that the software operates reliably and effectively in a production environment.
