What you'll do

As a Professional Learning Consultant, you will partner with district and school leaders to design and deliver impactful professional learning experiences aligned with Edmentum’s products and instructional goals. You will facilitate engaging training sessions for administrators, instructional coaches, and teachers, ensuring they are equipped to utilize Edmentum’s solutions effectively. Your role will involve coaching and supporting educators individually or in small groups, tailoring professional learning to drive instructional practices in the classroom. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to serve as a trusted advisory team to district stakeholders, supporting the implementation of Edmentum products with fidelity and driving positive instructional outcomes. Your ability to analyze data will inform your training sessions, allowing you to adjust your approach based on the needs of your audience. You will also contribute to the development of resources and materials that enhance the professional learning experience for educators.
