Unity is seeking a Growth Partnerships Manager to manage relationships with gaming advertisers and optimize their advertising performance. You'll work with Unity's suite of solutions and contribute to regional growth targets in mobile monetization. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a passion for gaming.
You have a strong background in managing client relationships, particularly within the gaming or mobile advertising sectors. With at least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, you excel at understanding client needs and driving campaign performance. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities effectively, ensuring that clients achieve their user acquisition goals.
You are passionate about gaming and mobile advertising, which drives your commitment to helping clients succeed. Your ability to collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Performance, and Technical Support, ensures that you can address client challenges and deliver on their expectations. You are comfortable preparing and leading Quarterly Business Reviews, providing clients with valuable insights and performance recommendations.
Your excellent communication skills enable you to represent Unity at key industry events and client meetings, deepening relationships and positioning Unity as a leader in user acquisition and monetization. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring that each client receives the attention and support they need.
Experience in mobile advertising technology or a related field is a plus. Familiarity with Unity, IronSource, and Tapjoy/Offerwall will help you hit the ground running. You are also comfortable using data analytics tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
