Upflow is seeking a US GTM Lead to drive go-to-market efforts and manage the sales team in New York. This role involves refining sales processes and building partnerships to enhance growth. Experience in sales leadership is essential.
You have a proven track record in sales leadership, ideally with experience in go-to-market strategies for B2B companies. You understand the nuances of managing a sales team and are skilled at refining processes to ensure scalability and effectiveness. Your background includes hiring, onboarding, and coaching team members, fostering a collaborative environment that drives results. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to align strategies and feedback loops. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to a growing company with ambitious goals.
As the US GTM Lead, you will own the go-to-market efforts for Upflow in North America, focusing on sales execution and local partnerships. You will review and refine the existing GTM playbook to enhance scalability and effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include managing the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and training to succeed. You will collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to provide feedback and insights that shape the product offerings. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and nurturing partnerships that drive growth and enhance customer relationships. Frequent travel to the Paris office will be required, typically once a quarter, allowing you to engage with the international team and share best practices.
