What you'll do

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for all aspects of service and sales in the bar and guest lounge area, as well as dining room wine service. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, ensuring that each drink meets the high standards of Lindblad Expeditions. Your role will involve interacting with guests, taking orders, and providing recommendations based on their preferences. You will maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area, ensuring that all supplies are stocked and ready for service. Additionally, you will collaborate with the dining team to provide seamless service during meal times, enhancing the overall guest experience. Your ability to work efficiently during busy periods will be crucial, as you will be expected to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude.
