Who you are

You are a Senior Sales Recruiter with a successful track record of identifying, engaging, and closing executive-level candidates. You take action and are adept at influencing key partners and hiring leaders through data-driven insights, critical thinking, and a deep understanding of talent market dynamics. You are an expert at sourcing talent in multiple geographical markets simultaneously, demonstrating your ability to adapt to the evolving needs of business development teams. Your customer-focused approach allows you to thrive in a changing environment, ensuring that you meet the recruitment needs of the organization effectively.

With experience in full-cycle recruiting, you own the employee selection efforts for the Global Business Development Division. You partner with senior leadership to understand their hiring objectives and develop a strategic plan to achieve goals while delivering quality and timely results. Your ability to create and execute unique and effective sourcing strategies enables you to find professionals across a variety of roles within the sales organization, consistently generating a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates.

Building solid relationships is key to your success. You foster strong connections with sales leadership teams and serve as a talent partner throughout the recruiting process. You manage candidates in process, ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. Your collaboration with HR specialists in global mobility further enhances the recruitment process, allowing for seamless transitions for candidates relocating to the Charlotte area.

In this role, you will take ownership of the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to closing offers. You will partner closely with senior leadership to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with the organization's goals. Your focus will be on building a strong pipeline of candidates for various sales roles, utilizing innovative sourcing techniques and leveraging your network to identify top talent.

You will be responsible for managing the candidate experience, ensuring that each candidate feels valued and informed throughout the recruitment process. This includes providing timely feedback, facilitating interviews, and maintaining open lines of communication with candidates and hiring managers. Your ability to build rapport with candidates will be crucial in creating a positive impression of Esri as an employer of choice.

Additionally, you will collaborate with HR specialists to support candidates through the relocation process, ensuring a smooth transition for those moving to the Charlotte area.
