Reddit is seeking a Mid-Market Client Account Manager to drive the onboarding and success of new clients. You'll work closely with clients to optimize their campaigns and achieve their goals. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in client management.
You have a proven track record in account management, particularly in onboarding new clients and driving their success. Your analytical mindset allows you to proactively assess campaign performance and implement strategies for optimization. You are comfortable working with data and can provide actionable insights to clients to help them achieve their goals. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy building strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey on the platform.
Experience in digital marketing or advertising is a plus, as is familiarity with social media platforms. You have a knack for identifying opportunities for upselling and revenue scaling, and you are motivated by helping clients grow their businesses.
In this role, you will lead the onboarding process for new Mid-Market clients, guiding them through the activation on Reddit and assisting with campaign creation. You will develop a clear Test & Learn roadmap to help clients optimize their campaigns effectively. Your responsibilities will include analyzing campaign performance data and implementing continuous improvements based on A/B testing and audience segmentation. You will work closely with clients to ensure they meet their initial goals and are set up for long-term success. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for upselling and scaling revenue, transitioning clients smoothly to the Same Store Growth Account Executive team once they are ready.
