What you'll do

In this role, you will support the ongoing enhancement of GoodLeap’s Salesforce platform, focusing on either Mortgage Sales or Consumer Solutions. You will collaborate with a diverse team, including Solution Analysts and peer developers, to design, develop, and deploy new functionalities across two instances of Salesforce. Your responsibilities will include writing custom code and utilizing declarative tools to create efficient solutions. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices within the team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

You will engage in problem-solving discussions with your team, leveraging your technical expertise to address challenges and improve existing processes. Your role will require you to stay updated on Salesforce developments and industry trends, allowing you to bring innovative ideas to the table. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior developers, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow in their careers.
