Vehicle Condition Associate

Who you are

You are someone who pays attention to detail and is comfortable using digital devices and mobile applications. You have a high school diploma or equivalent and are at least 18 years old. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is essential, as you will be driving frequently. You are physically capable of standing, sitting, walking, bending, stooping, squatting, and lifting up to 40 lbs. You are comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and around vehicle maintenance fumes or odors.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately assessing, documenting, and maintaining the status and appearance of Carvana’s wholesale inventory. You will inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability, and cosmetic concerns, ensuring that all details are documented correctly. You will operate state-of-the-art digital tools to assess the exterior and interior condition of the vehicles. Additionally, you will take multiple images of the assigned vehicles, including photos of any observed damage, and ensure that each vehicle is documented with the correct trim levels and other features.

Carvana offers a competitive hourly pay range of $19-$20. This entry-level position provides an opportunity to gain experience in the automotive industry while working with a dynamic team.
