What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with various trading businesses to shape and execute key strategic priorities. You will be responsible for identifying and defining strategic initiatives that align with the firm's goals. Your work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the execution of these initiatives, ensuring that they are effectively integrated into the firm's operations. You will also have the opportunity to engage with senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations that will help guide the firm's strategic direction. Periodic travel to other DRW offices may be required as part of your responsibilities.
