What you'll do

As the first HR Generalist for Decagon in the EMEA region, you will play a crucial role in establishing HR processes and systems that align with the company's rapid growth. You will assist in developing and implementing onboarding programs that ensure new hires feel welcomed and integrated into the company culture. You will work closely with team leaders to identify training and development needs, helping to create programs that foster employee growth and engagement. You will also be involved in managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive workplace environment. Your role will include supporting performance management processes and helping to create a culture of feedback and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with the People team to design initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Additionally, you will help organize company events and activities that strengthen team cohesion and celebrate achievements.
