Baseten is seeking a Sales Enablement Onboarding Manager to design and improve the onboarding experience for their sales team. You'll collaborate with sales leadership and product experts to equip new hires with the necessary skills and knowledge. This role requires experience in sales enablement and training.
You have a strong background in sales enablement, with experience designing and delivering onboarding programs that effectively equip new hires with the skills they need to succeed. You understand the importance of a structured onboarding process and have a track record of reducing ramp time for sales teams. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales leadership and product experts, allows you to create impactful training programs that drive performance from day one.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively. Your experience in the AI infrastructure space gives you a unique perspective on how to train sellers to articulate technical concepts to clients. You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
Experience in the AI or tech industry is a plus, as it allows you to better understand the challenges and opportunities faced by sales teams in this space. Familiarity with various training methodologies and tools will enhance your ability to create engaging and effective training programs.
In this role, you will own the onboarding process for new sales hires, focusing on curriculum design, facilitation, and certification. You will develop training materials that help sellers understand Baseten's platform and AI infrastructure concepts. Your goal is to create a seamless onboarding experience that reduces ramp time and drives measurable improvements in productivity for Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives.
You will design and deliver multi-modal training programs that include live sessions, in-person workshops, and asynchronous learning opportunities. Collaborating closely with sales leadership, you will ensure that the training aligns with the company's goals and addresses the specific needs of the sales team. You will continuously assess the effectiveness of the onboarding programs and make data-driven improvements to enhance the learning experience.
Your role will also involve gathering feedback from new hires and sales leaders to refine the onboarding process. You will stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales enablement to ensure that Baseten remains competitive in its training approach. By fostering a culture of continuous learning, you will help build a high-performing sales team that is well-equipped to succeed in the AI infrastructure market.
