You are a detail-oriented and energetic individual who thrives in a customer-focused environment. With a passion for providing excellent service, you understand the importance of projecting a professional company image through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email. You are adept at recognizing and documenting trends in customer interactions, ensuring that you can alert supervisors to any emerging issues. Your research skills allow you to verify organization contact details online, contributing to the overall efficiency of the customer experience team.

You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to analyze validation test data effectively. This skill set helps you determine whether systems or processes have met validation criteria or to identify root causes of production problems. You are comfortable coordinating with different departments to implement or schedule validation testing, ensuring that all necessary personnel are informed and involved in the process.

What you'll do

As a Customer Experience Specialist at DigiCert, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our internal and customer-facing validation products. Your day-to-day tasks will include executing validation scripts and reviewing completed test results, packaging them into a Transferable validation product. You will engage with customers through phone, email, and live chat, answering pre-sales and customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.

You will analyze validation test data to determine whether systems or processes have met validation criteria, identifying any root causes of production problems that may arise. Your role will also involve recognizing and documenting trends in customer calls, allowing you to alert supervisors to any significant issues that may need addressing. You will coordinate the implementation or scheduling of validation testing with affected departments and personnel, ensuring a smooth workflow and effective communication across teams.

What we offer

DigiCert offers a full-time hybrid schedule, requiring in-office attendance on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. You will work 40 hours per week, with a competitive hourly wage of $19.23 plus a 5% annual bonus. We value diversity and encourage individuals from historically underrepresented groups to apply.
