What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Release Engineering team at Zapier, you will lead efforts to improve how engineers ship, test, and secure software at scale. Your primary focus will be on modernizing CI/CD processes, evolving testing platforms, and introducing automation that enhances the developer experience. You will work closely with engineering teams across the organization to reduce bespoke infrastructure and promote distributed ownership of release and test workflows. You will be responsible for managing a team dedicated to building and evolving the systems that power delivery pipelines and testing frameworks.
