Metronome is seeking an Implementation Manager to oversee the technical and project management aspects of the customer lifecycle. You'll work closely with sales, growth, product, and R&D teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and satisfaction. This role requires strong project management skills and technical acumen.
You have a strong background in project management and technical implementation, ideally with experience in software or billing platforms. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and have a knack for managing complex projects from inception to completion. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively liaise between technical teams and clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of Metronome's billing platform for new customers. Your role will involve creating project plans, setting timelines, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on objectives.
