Tenable is seeking a Principal Security Consultant to elevate the capabilities of their Professional Services team. You'll lead training programs and support client engagements while leveraging your expertise in cybersecurity. This role requires strong mentorship and communication skills.
You have extensive experience in cybersecurity consulting, ideally with a focus on professional services. Your background includes leading training initiatives and mentoring team members to enhance their technical skills and service delivery. You are a trusted advisor who can effectively communicate complex security concepts to clients and stakeholders, ensuring they understand the value of the services provided. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within your team.
Experience with various cybersecurity frameworks and methodologies is a plus. Familiarity with risk management practices and the ability to influence service methodologies will set you apart. You are comfortable managing client escalations and have a proven track record of delivering high-impact results in challenging situations.
In your role as Principal Security Consultant, you will lead the Professional Services Training Academy, developing and implementing training programs that elevate the technical capabilities of the team. You will guide onboarding processes for new consultants, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet client needs. Your responsibilities will include influencing service methodologies and supporting revenue and delivery objectives through strategic engagements. You will manage critical client escalations, providing billable expertise and ensuring client satisfaction. Your role will require you to collaborate closely with various teams, driving initiatives that enhance the overall performance of Tenable's Professional Services.
