Catchafire is seeking an Operations Associate Contractor to support the planning and execution of impactful events. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
You are a detail-oriented individual who thrives in structured processes and can ramp up quickly to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight. Your strong organizational skills enable you to handle logistics, participant communications, content preparation, and data tracking effectively. You understand the importance of clear communication and are committed to ensuring that participants and speakers receive accurate and timely information. You are passionate about supporting community initiatives and have a desire to contribute to meaningful projects that bridge paths to stronger communities.
In this role, you will support the planning and execution of high-impact virtual and in-person events for Catchafire's partners. You will draft and send event-related communications, including invitations, confirmations, reminder emails, and post-event thank-you messages and surveys. You will own and manage communication timelines to ensure that all participants and speakers receive the necessary information throughout the event lifecycle. Your responsibilities will also include assisting with logistics and ensuring that all event details are executed flawlessly. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Program Operations to ensure that all aspects of the events align with Catchafire's mission and goals.
