Who you are

You hold a bachelor's degree or higher and have over 6 years of experience in inventory and demand forecasting within a global environment. Your proficiency in SQL is at an intermediate level or above, enabling you to analyze data effectively. You possess business-level English skills, with advanced reading and writing capabilities and intermediate speaking skills. Your exceptional documentation and communication skills allow you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience in the e-commerce and retail industry or working for a global company is a plus. You have participated in supply chain improvement projects, showcasing your ability to drive operational efficiency.

What you'll do

As a Senior Business Operations Specialist at Coupang, you will be responsible for planning inventory strategies, including annual, monthly, and weekly stock and order plans. You will collaborate with stakeholders to set seasonal and monthly instock strategies and objectives. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying and resolving stockout and excess inventory issues, optimizing shipping modes and container build rules, and improving demand forecasting accuracy through automation. You will execute inventory strategies by placing orders to prevent stockouts and quickly recover from any occurrences. Additionally, you will analyze the root causes of stockouts and high Days of Coverage (DOC) and define and maintain order system rules to enhance operational efficiency.
