Wizeline is seeking a Senior WordPress Software Engineer to develop and integrate custom WordPress themes and plugins. You'll work with technologies like PHP, JavaScript, and React to deliver high-performance websites. This role requires at least 6 years of web development experience with a strong focus on WordPress.
You have at least 6 years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on WordPress. Your expertise includes WordPress Core, PHP, and custom plugin/theme development, allowing you to create tailored solutions that meet client needs. You are proficient in front-end technologies, including React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, and have a solid understanding of Gutenberg Blocks. You excel in troubleshooting, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, and optimizing performance within enterprise-level environments. Your strong professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, enable you to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
You have experience leveraging AI tools to optimize and augment your day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. You can provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhancing the overall efficiency of your projects.
In this role, you will develop and integrate custom WordPress themes and plugins, focusing on performance, scalability, and security.
