The Role
As a Pricing Associate, you’ll be the go-to person for turning inspection findings into cost-effective, realistic repair pricing that maximizes ROI for homeowners and Belong. Using AI and market data, you’ll generate competitive pricing that’s grounded in real-world costs. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where multiple pricing requests come in at once, and your structured approach ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
What You’ll Do
Review inspection findings and scopes of work to identify all needed repairs and improvements
Generate repair pricing using AI tools and market data, ensuring costs are competitive, realistic, and ROI-positive
Prioritize multiple pricing requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and consistency
Apply structured decision-making to balance quality standards with cost-effectiveness
Identify opportunities to optimize costs by bundling repairs or leveraging efficiencies across homes
Track pricing accuracy vs. actual costs to continuously refine benchmarks
What Makes You Great for This Role
1–3 years in operations, pricing, or a fast-paced execution role
Proven ability to handle multiple requests while staying highly organized and structured
