What you'll do

In this role, you will assist the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations at the Logistics Field Operations location. You will work with company leaders to develop and execute site-specific goals and objectives, ensuring alignment across teams. Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing business, financial, and operational information to prepare reports for business leaders. You will monitor adherence to policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will coordinate with various teams for effective planning and scheduling, while providing mentorship and accountability to your direct reports. You will play a key role in the selection and training of new employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development within your team.
