Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in marketing communications, ideally within the B2B SaaS or technology sector. Your track record includes successful communication initiatives in Japanese, showcasing your ability to engage effectively with local audiences. You possess a deep understanding of the Japanese communication channels, programs, media landscape, and customer behavior, which allows you to tailor strategies that resonate with your target market.

Your experience with digital marketing channels and content creation tools, such as Figma and Canva, equips you to produce high-quality marketing materials that drive engagement. You are proficient in analytics tools, enabling you to measure the effectiveness of your campaigns and make data-driven decisions. Your project management skills are exceptional, allowing you to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

You are fluent in Japanese at a native copywriting level and possess business-level English skills, which enhances your ability to collaborate with global teams. Your background includes working within global or regional marketing teams, giving you insights into diverse marketing strategies. You have knowledge of low-code automation or the SaaS industry, which further strengthens your capability to contribute to Workato's mission.
