AppsFlyer is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support a portfolio of mid-market to enterprise customers in Jakarta. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure clients derive measurable value from the AppsFlyer platform.
You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within the technology or marketing sectors. You understand the importance of customer engagement and retention, and you are skilled at building relationships with clients to ensure their success. You are data-driven and can analyze customer usage metrics to provide insights that drive product adoption and satisfaction. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to align customer goals with company solutions. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are passionate about helping customers achieve their objectives. You are adaptable and eager to learn about the MarTech landscape, analytics, and enterprise customer management.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers, managing the full post-sales lifecycle from onboarding through renewal. You will collaborate closely with Account Managers and customer stakeholders to define clear success plans and proactively lead execution. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include keeping customers engaged, supporting product adoption, and driving long-term satisfaction and retention. You will analyze customer usage data and key success metrics to surface insights and identify areas for improvement. You will also work with internal teams to ensure that customers receive the necessary support and resources to maximize their use of the AppsFlyer platform. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring that they receive real, measurable value from our solutions.
