Lindblad Expeditions is seeking a Finance Transformation & Systems Manager to modernize financial systems and processes. This role requires strong accounting knowledge and systems expertise to enhance automation and improve efficiency.
You have a strong background in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years of experience in financial systems management. You understand the intricacies of financial processes and are adept at bridging the gap between finance and IT. Your continuous-improvement mindset drives you to seek out opportunities for automation and efficiency in financial reporting. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders across the organization.
You are detail-oriented and have a knack for problem-solving, which allows you to identify areas for process optimization. Your experience with financial applications equips you to manage and enhance the systems that support financial operations. You are proactive in your approach, always looking for ways to strengthen controls and ensure compliance within financial processes.
Experience with modern financial software and tools is a plus, as is familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools. A background in project management can also be beneficial, as you will lead initiatives that require coordination across multiple teams.
In this role, you will take ownership of core financial applications, ensuring they are optimized for performance and usability. You will lead projects aimed at modernizing the financial systems and processes, working closely with IT and business stakeholders to implement changes that enhance efficiency.
