Affirm is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Enablement to design and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy. You'll partner with Revenue leaders to improve team performance and drive revenue impact. This role requires 10+ years of experience in enablement or revenue operations, ideally within FinTech or SaaS.
You have over 10 years of experience in enablement, training, or revenue operations, ideally within the FinTech or SaaS industries. Your proven success in designing and implementing programs that enhance team performance sets you apart. You understand the nuances of sales enablement and have a track record of driving revenue impact through strategic initiatives. You are skilled in identifying performance gaps and developing scalable solutions that address these challenges. Your ability to build and maintain sales playbooks, tools, and content demonstrates your commitment to standardizing best practices across teams and markets. You are data-driven, capable of defining and owning success metrics for training effectiveness, and adept at tracking KPIs to quantify impact and refine programs based on insights.
In this role, you will design and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that includes onboarding, training, and continuous learning programs aimed at improving the performance of the Client Success, Sales, and Partnerships teams. You will partner closely with Revenue leaders to identify performance gaps and develop scalable solutions that drive revenue impact. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining sales playbooks, tools, and content to standardize best practices across teams and markets. You will define and own success metrics for training effectiveness, tracking KPIs such as ramp time, quota attainment, and win rates to quantify impact and refine programs based on data insights. Additionally, you will lead change management initiatives and coach sales managers to effectively embed new skills, methodologies, and processes within their teams. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the teams are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
