Litify is seeking a Customer Success Enablement Manager to lead the strategy and execution of their Learning Management System. You'll ensure that all users have access to the right knowledge at the right time. This role requires experience in customer success and training management.
You have a strong background in customer success and enablement, ideally with experience in managing learning ecosystems. You understand the importance of providing the right knowledge to users at the right time, and you have a proven track record of developing training programs that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. You are skilled in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and have experience facilitating both live and recorded training sessions. You are a collaborative team player who can work effectively with internal teams and external customers to drive success. You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking ways to improve training materials and processes. You have excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey complex information in an accessible manner. You are passionate about empowering others through education and training.
In this role, you will own and scale Litify’s learning ecosystem, ensuring that every user, whether a new employee or an executive stakeholder, has access to the right knowledge. You will lead the strategy and execution of the Learning Management System, focusing on continuous improvement and user engagement. You will facilitate live training sessions and create recorded content that meets the diverse needs of Litify users. You will collaborate with various teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop training solutions that address these needs. You will analyze user feedback and training effectiveness to refine and enhance the learning experience. You will also be responsible for onboarding new employees and ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to align training initiatives with business objectives and user needs. You will stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer success and training to ensure Litify remains at the forefront of legal technology education.
