What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the HR Shared Services team within Netflix's Global Talent Operations Center. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the team delivers top-notch HR services to the organization. You will oversee the implementation of established HR processes and procedures, ensuring that they are adhered to while also being open to innovative approaches that enhance efficiency.

You will be responsible for building and guiding a high-performing team, crafting strategies that align with Netflix's goals and inspiring your team to follow a shared vision. You will dive deep into the work with your team, providing support and guidance as needed. Your leadership will be crucial in forecasting the business's needs and planning accordingly to ensure that the HR services provided are effective and responsive.
