What you'll do

As the Analytics Lead for the Card Platform at Affirm, you will build the core measurement fabric for card-related initiatives — your work will involve analyzing transaction data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure that analytics are integrated into the development process, providing insights that guide product enhancements and strategic decisions.

You will lead efforts to improve transaction success rates by analyzing data from various sources and developing recommendations based on your findings — your insights will help shape the direction of the Partner Bank Debit Program and other card platform expansion investments. You will also be responsible for creating dashboards and reports that communicate key performance indicators to stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned on business objectives.

In this role, you will engage with external partners and clients to understand their needs and how analytics can support their goals — your ability to build strong relationships will be crucial as you negotiate and evaluate investment opportunities. You will also mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making within the team.
