What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center, ensuring that all operations are conducted safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding inventory production goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Overseeing the day-to-day activities of your assigned team, you will engage with team members to provide coaching and support, helping them to identify areas for improvement. You will also monitor production metrics and implement strategies to enhance team performance. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the Inspection Center. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure that the vehicle reconditioning process aligns with Carvana's mission of providing a no-hassle, better car buying experience.
