Vanta is seeking a Senior Account Executive fluent in Polish to help build and grow their presence in the CEE market. You'll be responsible for managing your pipeline, running a structured sales process, and engaging with high-level executives. This role requires strong customer focus and sales expertise.
You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in the tech or security sectors — your ability to engage with clients and understand their needs sets you apart. You are fluent in Polish, which allows you to connect with a broader range of clients in the CEE market. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about the opportunity to help establish Vanta's presence in EMEA. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to convey complex security concepts in a way that resonates with business leaders. You are a self-starter who takes initiative and is comfortable working independently while also being a team player. You understand the importance of building relationships and are adept at managing a sales pipeline effectively.
Experience in the cybersecurity or compliance industry would be a plus, as it would help you better understand the challenges faced by potential clients. Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC can enhance your effectiveness in this role. A background in working with international markets, particularly in the CEE region, would be beneficial as you navigate this new territory for Vanta.
As a Senior Account Executive at Vanta, you will own your sales pipeline from the ground up — this means identifying, researching, and prioritizing high-potential accounts and verticals.
