Who you are

You have a Master’s degree in Information Technology Management, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a closely related field. With at least 2 years of experience in QA or related roles, you have a strong background in implementing test cases and developing process automation. Your experience includes working with automation tools such as Selenium and Python, which are essential for this role. You are adept at managing teams and ensuring alignment between development and QA efforts, fostering a collaborative environment.

Desirable

Experience with various testing methodologies and tools is a plus. Familiarity with performance and load testing will enhance your ability to oversee system testing efforts effectively. You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys tracking, reporting, and managing bugs to ensure high-quality software delivery.

What you'll do

As the QA Manager at Unqork, you will manage a team of QA Engineers, guiding them in defining and creating comprehensive test cases. You will own the planning and execution of QA strategies, identifying areas for test automation and prioritizing tests for development. Your role will involve writing and maintaining automated integration and UI tests, as well as overseeing and participating in manual testing efforts to ensure thorough coverage. You will maintain and expand an automated regression test suite, focusing on improving UI functional test coverage. Additionally, you will coordinate system performance and load testing, ensuring that the software meets performance standards.

Unqork offers a competitive salary range of $129,600 to $150,000 per annum, along with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the United States.
