What you'll do

In this high-impact leadership role, you will be responsible for defining and executing Netflix's corporate development strategy. You will lead the ideation and proactive sourcing of M&A and investment opportunities, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals. Your role will involve direct partnership with executive leadership, C-suite, and business unit heads on critical strategic and M&A opportunities, making your contributions vital to the company's success.

You will own the comprehensive financial, strategic, and operational analysis required to evaluate acquisition and investment opportunities. This includes presenting your findings and recommendations to senior management and the executive team, ensuring that all decisions are data-driven and strategically sound. You will direct the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, from initial sourcing through to closing, ensuring that all aspects of the process are managed effectively.

Your leadership will also extend to identifying, analyzing, and championing significant new growth and greenfield business opportunities for Netflix. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that all potential opportunities are thoroughly evaluated and that the company is well-positioned to capitalize on them.
