Overview

Google is seeking a Senior Strategic Partner Development Manager to drive partnerships for the Chrome Browser Enterprise. You'll leverage your business acumen and industry relationships to optimize value from partnerships. This role requires 7+ years of experience in business development or related fields.

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking within industries such as Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology. Your experience includes working with C-level executives and collaborating cross-functionally across all levels of management. You have a proven track record in managing agreements or partnerships, showcasing your ability to navigate complex business landscapes. A Master's degree or other advanced degree is preferred, as is experience managing complex, end-to-end partnerships. You thrive in dynamic environments and possess the ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial and business benefits, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners. Your excellent communication and influencing skills enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be at the forefront of interacting with Google's partners, helping them leverage Google's newest product offerings to drive growth. You will serve as the relationship manager for existing agreements, ensuring that value is realized and optimized from these partnerships. Your responsibilities will include engaging with several internal cross-functional teams across multiple geographies to incubate, launch, improve, and scale new features and user experiences. You will be responsible for increasing the footprint, utilization, and usefulness of the Chrome browser, working closely with external executives to foster long-term relationships. Your role will require you to assess and identify new business opportunities, structure agreements, and negotiate terms that align with Google's strategic goals. You will also be expected to manage complex partnerships autonomously, adapting to the ever-changing landscape of the tech industry while maintaining a collaborative approach.
