What you'll do

In this role, you will be the operational anchor of the recruiting team, ensuring that all aspects of the hiring process are well-coordinated. You will manage candidate communications, ensuring that each candidate has a smooth journey from application to onboarding. You will set up interview loops and maintain funnel hygiene, tracking progress and reporting on key metrics to improve the hiring process. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including hiring managers and team members, to align on recruitment strategies and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. You will also participate in team rituals and contribute to the overall culture of the recruiting team, helping to foster an environment where everyone can thrive.
