Your experience includes working closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between analytics initiatives and business objectives. You are adept at stakeholder management, able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about leveraging data to enhance customer experiences and business outcomes. You understand the automotive industry and its unique challenges, and you are excited about the opportunity to innovate within this space.

Desirable

Experience with cloud-native platforms and familiarity with the automotive retail ecosystem would be a plus. You are comfortable with agile methodologies and have a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and own the Analytics and Enterprise AI strategy for key business areas, ensuring that your initiatives align with the overall enterprise data strategy. You will lead a high-performing team of Data Product Managers, guiding them in the delivery of analytics products that support critical decision-making processes. You will partner closely with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Marketing, People, Professional Services, and Engineering to identify AI opportunities and prioritize initiatives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development of analytics solutions that enhance business growth and improve operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for mentoring your team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine analytics offerings and ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business.
