Figma is seeking a Field Enablement Manager to support their growing sales function in EMEA. You'll adapt global onboarding and training initiatives for the regional audience and partner closely with sales leadership. This role requires expertise in Figma and effective program delivery.
You have a strong background in sales enablement, with experience in developing and executing training programs tailored to specific regional needs. Your ability to analyze and adapt global strategies to fit local contexts is a key strength.
