You have a strong background in sales enablement, with experience in developing and executing training programs tailored to specific regional needs. Your ability to analyze and adapt global strategies to fit local contexts is a key strength. You are proficient in using Figma and FigJam, showcasing considerable product expertise that you can share with others. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales leadership to identify role-specific needs and deliver impactful programs. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to facilitate both in-person and virtual learning experiences effectively. You are driven by a passion for enhancing productivity and ensuring consistency across go-to-market teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the growth and evolution of the EMEA Sales Team by continuously providing regional insights and adapting findings into actionable coaching programs. You will partner with the Global Sales Enablement and Sales Leadership teams to design, build, and execute ongoing enablement programs that resonate with the EMEA audience. Your responsibilities will include creating clear and effective content for training initiatives, facilitating learning experiences, and ensuring that all enablement efforts align with Figma's overall strategy. You will also play a crucial role in enhancing communication and collaboration within the sales teams, ensuring that everyone is equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. Your work will directly impact the productivity and effectiveness of the sales function in the region, making you a vital part of Figma's mission to make design accessible to all.
