What you'll do

In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming workplace safety culture at Amazon. You will drive comprehensive safety programs through data-driven strategies, leading daily safety audits and incident investigations. You will facilitate engaging safety training that resonates with associates and promotes a proactive safety culture. Your responsibilities will include championing continuous improvement initiatives that enhance workplace safety and implementing innovative solutions to prevent injuries. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that safety standards are not only met but exceeded, making a lasting impact on the organization and its employees.

What we offer
