Director, International Benefits

Who you are

As the Director of International Benefits at Justworks, you will be responsible for building and owning the strategy, design, and execution of employee benefits programs across all international markets for our Employer of Record (EOR) business. You will define and implement a multi-country benefits strategy that delivers competitive, compliant offerings around the world. Your role will involve managing vendor and partner relationships end to end, ensuring that benefits seamlessly integrate into our global operations and in-app experience. You will lead and motivate a distributed team of regional experts, fostering a collaborative environment that drives success.

You have a strong background in benefits strategy and execution, with a proven track record of developing programs that enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Your experience includes working with diverse teams across multiple countries, understanding the nuances of local regulations and cultural expectations. You are data-driven and have a knack for using analytics to inform decision-making and improve program effectiveness. You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and are passionate about creating meaningful benefits that support employees' well-being.

Desirable

Experience in the Employer of Record industry or similar fields is a plus. Familiarity with international labor laws and compliance issues will help you navigate the complexities of benefits administration across different regions. You are a strong communicator, able to articulate the value of benefits programs to both internal stakeholders and external partners. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of a comprehensive benefits strategy that aligns with Justworks' mission and values. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the implementation of new benefits programs, evaluating their effectiveness, and making data-driven adjustments as needed. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with benefits vendors and partners, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that services meet the needs of our employees.

You will conduct regular assessments of our benefits offerings, gathering feedback from employees and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Your insights will help shape the direction of our benefits strategy, ensuring that we remain a leader in the EOR space. You will also play a key role in communicating benefits information to employees, ensuring that they understand their options and how to access them.
