CLEAR is seeking a Senior Manager, Retail Partnerships to drive growth and manage retail distribution partners. You'll leverage your business development and stakeholder management skills to enhance CLEAR's travel products. This role is based in New York.
You have over 5 years of experience in business development, particularly in managing partnerships and driving growth initiatives. Your strong stakeholder management skills enable you to foster relationships with both digital and physical retail partners, ensuring mutual success. You possess excellent program management abilities, allowing you to oversee multiple partnership engagements from inception to execution. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals. Your analytical mindset helps you assess partnership performance and identify opportunities for improvement. You are passionate about creating seamless experiences for customers and understand the importance of aligning partner goals with organizational objectives.
Experience in the travel or technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with digital marketing strategies. You have a proven track record of negotiating contracts and managing complex partnerships. A background in retail operations or distribution channels will further enhance your ability to succeed in this role.
As the Senior Manager of Retail Partnerships, you will lead the charge in pursuing new retail partnership opportunities to distribute CLEAR’s travel products. You will own the full execution of new partnership engagements, from sourcing potential partners to facilitating pitches and aligning contractual terms. Your role will involve collaborating with the Director and VP to ensure successful launches of new partnerships. You will also manage existing retail partnerships, working to enhance their performance and drive growth. This includes leading strategic partner engagements, fostering relationships, and ensuring that both CLEAR and its partners achieve their business objectives. You will analyze partnership performance metrics and develop strategies to optimize engagement and increase distribution reach. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders will be crucial in aligning goals and expectations.
