Wrapbook is seeking a Compliance & Data Operations Coordinator to support employment eligibility compliance and data operations in the Film & Television sector. This remote position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
You have a strong background in compliance and data operations, ideally within the Film & Television industry. Your experience includes managing documentation and ensuring adherence to employment eligibility requirements, particularly E-Verify processing. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success and Production Accounting. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders is key to your success in this role. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of compliance in a fast-paced industry.
Experience in payroll or accounting operations is a plus, as is familiarity with production workflows in the entertainment sector. Knowledge of data management tools and compliance software will enhance your ability to succeed in this position.
As a Compliance & Data Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing E-Verify processing and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up to date. You will provide structured operational support to various teams, helping to streamline processes and improve data quality across the organization.
