What you'll do

As the Engineering Recruiting Manager at Upstart, you will lead a team of 8 full-cycle technical recruiters, guiding them in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top engineering talent. You will collaborate closely with engineering and product leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to attract the best candidates. Your role will involve refining the recruitment process to ensure it is efficient and effective, leveraging technology and data to enhance candidate experience and streamline operations.

You will be responsible for setting recruitment goals and metrics, monitoring performance, and implementing improvements based on data insights.
