Gearset is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to drive data-driven insights that shape product strategy. You'll collaborate with Engineering and Product teams, utilizing SQL and Google Analytics to transform user data into actionable narratives. This role requires a strong analytical background and experience in product analysis.
You have 5+ years of experience in product analysis, where you've developed a keen understanding of user behavior and product performance metrics. Your analytical skills are complemented by a strong product sense, allowing you to translate complex data into strategic insights that drive product decisions. You are proficient in SQL and have experience with tools like Google Analytics, enabling you to extract meaningful insights from raw telemetry data. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering and product teams to influence product roadmaps based on data-driven narratives. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to present findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels. You are passionate about using data to improve user experiences and drive product success.
Experience with A/B testing and user research methodologies would be a plus, as would familiarity with data visualization tools. A background in DevOps or an understanding of software development processes can enhance your contributions to the team.
