Senior Software Engineer

Your technical skills include proficiency in Java and JavaScript, which you have used to create robust and scalable applications. What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key contributor to the engineering team at FloQast, focusing on shipping high-impact features that meet customer needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and sales, to identify opportunities for new features and enhancements. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and testing software solutions that align with the company's goals and customer expectations.

You will engage in the full software development lifecycle, from initial concept through deployment and beyond. This includes gathering requirements, writing code, conducting code reviews, and ensuring that the final product meets quality standards. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during development and after deployment, ensuring a smooth user experience.

As part of your role, you will actively solicit feedback from users and stakeholders to inform future development efforts. You will participate in sprint planning and retrospectives, contributing your insights to improve team processes and outcomes. Your technical expertise will be invaluable as you mentor junior engineers and help them grow in their roles.
