Microsoft is seeking a Business Program Manager to support the Customer Experience and Success organization. You'll be responsible for governance and execution within the Delivery Partner Strategy & Management team. This role requires strong operational management skills.
You have a solid background in business operations, ideally with experience in managing programs that drive customer success. Your ability to navigate complex organizational structures and foster collaboration across teams is essential. You understand the importance of governance and timely execution in operational roles, ensuring that all processes align with strategic objectives.
